Small Groups
The reason we have small groups is to provide a place where biblical accountability and relational transparency happen. They're a place where spiritual gifts can be exercised, mercy needs met, and new leadership developed.
All that is a fancy way of saying that we want our small groups to be the church.
The fact is that Christians were never meant to follow Christ alone. Christ started the church, and it's meant to be a vital part of every believer's life.
Scattered all over the New Testament are instructions for believers on how to interact with each other in the community of faith. These are sometimes called the "one anothers" of Scripture, and they are designed to be one of the major ways Christians grow.
This is no small task. Pray for one another. Care for one another. Confess your sins to one another. Admonish one another. And those just scratch the surface of all that there are.
Small groups are the way we try to realize this vision of all that church life is supposed to be.
It can seem challenging just to get to know people at a church, let alone get to know people well enough to begin to work through the challenges of life together. Small groups are a chance for people to get to know each other at the level that we all need and deep down, we want.
Small groups give us the opportunity to use our gifts to offer help and support in the challenges that come with following Christ. They're a chance to make sure that none of us gets left behind in their needs—spiritual, relational, or physical.
To that end, the things you'll find us doing during our meetings will be designed to help the group move closer together and fulfill the "one anothers." Small groups are the place where our study of the Bible is practically and consistently applied.
Small groups meet Sundays throughout the Twin Cities in the homes of church members. Groups are divided geographically, giving members of all ages a chance to interact with one another. We currently have meetings in the following cities:

- Minnetonka
- Minnetrista
- Plymouth
- Savage
